Resilient Woman Weekly Check-In: Tools for the Journey
Hi Beautiful Souls,
As we step into a new month, let's ground ourselves, reflect, and prepare to move forward with intention. Here are your tools for the next six weeks’ check-in:
(Take 1 minute to honor where you are each day)
🌿 Week 1: REST “I am allowed to pause without guilt.”
Today I feel:
⬜ Worn out but trying
⬜ Deeply tired
⬜ Rested, finally
⬜ On the edge of burnout

One thing I did (or will do) to honor my rest:

🌿Week 2: BOUNDARIES “Saying no is a sacred yes to myself.”
