• Are you using your natural strengths (drive, vision, discipline) to uplift your team and yourself?

• Do people experience your leadership as intentional and grounded?

In Your Inner World:

• Are you showing up for yourself with the same energy you give everyone else?

• Are you permitting yourself to be complex, soft, ambitious, and ever evolving?

Lastly, ask yourself:

• What values do I want my personality to reflect?

• Where have I reacted instead of responding lately? What would my best self do differently?
