There’s something sacred about admitting you’re a work in progress.
I didn’t start marvelously. But I’m learning.Unlearning.Relearning.One small shift at a time.
There’s beauty in the becoming, even when it’s messy. And today, I’m choosing to pause, breathe, and write a love letter—not to who I’ve been, but to who I’m becoming.
Dear Becoming Me,
You’ve carried so much. You’ve played small for too long. You’ve dimmed your light in rooms you should’ve been lighting up. And I see now—you were never the problem. You were just trying to survive in spaces you had already outgrown. But not anymore. Today, I’m making one intentional, bite-sized change: I’m letting go of the habit of waiting for permission. No more shrinking to keep others comfortable. Because the truth is, I’ve been holding you hostage. Keeping you in cycles that no longer serve you. Trapped by old fears and outdated beliefs like, “I’m too much,” or “I need to be perfect first.” But you’re not here to be perfect—you’re here to be real. And that’s more than enough. So I release the fear of being seen. I release the belief that I have to earn joy or love. What do I choose instead? Boldness.Softness.Self-trust.Even if it’s just one brave step today. This time, we’re not turning back.
With love,
The version of me who finally believes she’s worthy
Lastly,
If you’re reading this, take a few minutes today and write a love letter to your becoming. You’re not starting from scratch. You’re starting from strength. And one bite-sized change at a time? That’s how the magic builds.
💫 Let’s Work Together to Thrive in Life
Now it’s your Turn. You don’t have to do it alone. With guided help, you can ask yourself:
✨ What needs to shift—even in the smallest way?
✨ What belief or habit are you ready to release?
✨ And why does that future version of you deserve it?
